We will activate all available extra menus on the instrument cluster.

A number of menus are available on the instrument cluster, however are not activated from factory, or not made available on the specific trim level of your vehicle. We will activate these menus.

Menus include; eco page, battery voltage, coolant temperature, digital speedometer, miles remaining in fuel tank, top fuel consumers, stopwatch, miles per gallon etc.


Can I post my instrument cluster to you instead?

Yes - if you wish, however we recommend visiting us for this service.

The day before arrival we will contact you as a reminder of the appointment, please ensure you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations, "no show" appointments will be blacklisted from any further work, this is due to the high demand for appointments.

On the day, we ask that you ensure your car interior is clean.

Greggs

Accross the road from or workshop there is a Greggs with indoor seating available, you are able to sit and have a coffee while we work on your vehicle.

Waiting with the vehicle

You are more than welcome to wait with the vehicle while we carry out the work, please note due to insurance purposes however you cannot enter our workshop.

Toilet Facilies

There are public toilet facilies available on the right hand side of the Mercedes-Benz Specialist workshop.

If you would like to book in for this service, you can contact us via telephone, live chat, WhatsApp, email or Facebook. For this service you will be required to come visit us in Sandylane AutoParc, Newcastle upon Tyne (NE3 5HE) . This is due to the specialist equipment needed to program your car and the tooling we need to carry out the work.

Rest assured however, the work will take around 25 minutes.

Why aren't all the menus active from factory?

Different trim levels offered different options, for example the "eco" menu was limited to the ecoflex. We simply activate all menus.

On the day, we ask that you ensure your car interior is clean, the boot is empty, or if possible you can remove the items while we carry out the work (if having a reverse camera fitted).
